Meals are served family style in an open air dining area on wooden picnic tables under the shade of beautiful oak and bay trees.
Our Kitchen Manager “Mom” and her multi-talented staff create three yummy, nutritious meals a day plus an afternoon snack. Each meal offers vegetarian and vegan options and we can accommodate most food allergies and other reasonable dietary considerations. All of our head cooks are certified in safe food-handling procedures and many meals are made from scratch using mostly organic ingredients. A large salad bar consisting of organic produce from the Black Oak Ranch and other local sources accompanies some lunches and most dinners.

- Pancakes and bacon (or fakin’ bacon)
- Eggs, potatoes and toast
- French toast and sausage
- Mac and cheese
- Black bean soup with quesadillas
- Spaghetti and meatballs
- Chicken (or tofu) and veggie stir-fry
- Roast turkey and mashed potatoes
- BBQ chicken (or BBQ seitan) and corn on the cob
